Returns and Refunds

We believe that you will be delighted with your Products but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and do not affect your statutory rights.

Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. 

Product Refunds

Your right to cancel an order for Product(s) starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your Product(s). 

If your order consists of multiple Product(s), the 14 day period starts from when you receive the last item of your order.

This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the Product(s) back to us.

You are responsible to take reasonable care of the Product(s) and return them in an unused state complete with original packaging and all components.We will pay the refund using the same method of payment as you used to purchase the Product(s). Payment will be made once we have inspected the returned Product(s) and we are satisfied that the Product(s) have been returned to us in the condition required. We may make a deduction from the amount due to you which reflects the loss in value of any Products supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling or damage caused by you.

You should get a refund within 14 days of either us receiving the Product(s) back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods whichever is the sooner.

You are not obliged to provide us with a reason for cancellation of the order within the 14 day period however we would be grateful if you do so that we can use your valued feedback to enhance our product quality and service levels.

Returns Process

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order by a clear statement in writing. Please email Accounts@tutumhome.com or write to us at Tutum Home, Accounts Department, 49 High Street, London, England, E11 2AA. Please include your Address, Contact information and Order number so that we can process the refund promptly.

We may allocate you with a returns code which should be included with the package so that we can process your return.

Our carrier service provider will contact you to collect the Product(s) from your chosen address. Please ensure you follow any instructions provided by our customer services and our carrier services provider.

You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us, and should retain your proof of postage.

Service Refunds

You have 14 days from entering into a service contract in which you can cancel it.

We will not start providing the service before the 14 day cancellation period has ended, unless you have requested this.

If you request a service starts straightaway, you will still have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of the service that is provided up to the point you cancel.
